Shutterstock Acquires Envato

Shutterstock, Inc. has completed its acquisition of Envato Pty Ltd., adding Envato Elements' subscription offering and approximately 650,000 subscribers. The deal more than doubles Shutterstock's subscriber base to ~1.15 million and significantly expands its library of images, video, audio, templates and other creative assets while diversifying product types and customer segments.
