The deal more than doubles Shutterstock's subscriber base to ~1.15 million and significantly expands its library of images, video, audio, templates and other creative assets while diversifying product types and customer segments.

ShiftPixy, Inc. Acquires TurboScale for $150 Million

ShiftPixy, a Miami-based staffing and workforce-management platform, has acquired TurboScale, an AI infrastructure company, in a $150 million transaction comprised of $75 million in stock and $75 million in debt. The purchase brings GPU-accelerated cloud and AI model deployment capabilities into ShiftPixy's platform to accelerate AI-driven workforce analytics and automation, with new products expected by early 2025.
