Shutterstock, Inc. acquired certain assets of Amper Music, an AI-driven music composition platform, and will integrate Amper's technology and employees into Shutterstock to strengthen its AI-powered music search, discovery, and editing capabilities. Terms were not disclosed; the deal brings Amper's creative AI, proprietary sample library and engineering talent into Shutterstock's product and R&D efforts.
