Funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. acquired FilmRise and merged it with existing portfolio company Shout! Studios to create Radial Entertainment, a combined film and TV distribution, production, and streaming platform. The new company unites complementary content libraries (roughly 70,000 titles) and leadership from both businesses to scale distribution, streaming (FAST/AVOD), and monetization capabilities across paid, hybrid and ad-supported tiers.

Brightworks IT Acquires RAD Computing
