Priority Software has acquired Expo-Net (Exponet), a developer of cloud-based construction and architecture project management platforms, to broaden its construction-industry product suite and integrate Expo-Net’s capabilities into Priority’s ERP platform. The deal strengthens Priority’s vertical-focused offerings by combining Expo-Net’s project-control and coordination modules with Priority’s financial, logistics, and operational systems to provide end-to-end construction management solutions.
