DIF Capital Partners Acquires Tonaquint Data Centers

DIF Capital Partners has signed an agreement to acquire Tonaquint Data Centers, a regional colocation and cloud services provider headquartered in St. George, Utah, with operations also in Boise, Idaho. The investment — made through DIF's CIF III fund — will support Tonaquint's growth, enhance its facilities and expand its service offering while Tonaquint management retains a minority stake.
