The acquisition integrates Extract Systems' machine‑learning extraction and redaction capabilities into Vyne Medical's Trace platform to expand clinical and document automation capabilities and accelerate entry into government services; terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition is an add-on to Vyne's dental portfolio (itself PE-backed by The Jordan Company) to expand electronic claims, attachment and revenue-cycle capabilities for dental practices nationwide.

Amalgam Rx Acquires Avhana Health

The acquisition (closed January 2021) will expand Avhana's CDS tools across therapeutic areas and embed them into Amalgam's digital solutions to streamline provider workflows; Avhana's SaaS CDS has been implemented in over 150 provider groups and identifies more than $120 million in annual cost savings.

Vytalize Health Acquires MedPilot

The transaction will combine Suneva with the public SPAC vehicle (NYSE American: VHAQ) to provide growth capital and public-market access for Suneva, with the combined company expected to trade on the NYSE under the symbol "RNEW."
