Albion River, a private direct investment firm focused on defence products, has acquired Wescom Signal & Rescue from an affiliate of Sun European Partners. The transaction transfers ownership of the global marine pyrotechnics and defence products business to Albion River, supported by acquisition financing from funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group.

U.S. Pioneer Acquires Comsaco

Comsaco will continue to operate under its name from Norfolk with Eric and Adam Westhoff remaining in day-to-day leadership; the combined companies will remain private and terms were not disclosed.

East West Manufacturing Acquires El Paso and Juarez Operations of Compass Electronics Solutions
