U.S. Pioneer has acquired Comsaco, a Norfolk-based manufacturer of shipboard electrical components serving the U.S. Navy and shipbuilding industry. Comsaco will continue to operate under its name from Norfolk with Eric and Adam Westhoff remaining in day-to-day leadership; the combined companies will remain private and terms were not disclosed.
