Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, has acquired PatientMatters, a Century Equity Partners portfolio company and US-based provider of healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions. The acquisition strengthens Firstsource's provider business by adding PatientMatters' pre-authorization and patient bill-estimation capabilities and expands its presence in large US markets such as Texas and New York.

R1 RCM Acquires SCI Solutions

The deal (announced Jan 2020, closed Apr 2020) brings SCI’s EHR-agnostic care coordination marketplace and digital “front door” offerings into R1’s platform, and was previously owned by investors including The Wicks Group, NEA and Columbia Pacific.

Concentrix Acquires ServiceSource International

Concentrix Corporation agreed to acquire ServiceSource International, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $131 million to expand Concentrix's B2B digital sales and customer success capabilities. The deal, announced May 9, 2022, is expected to be accretive in the first year driven by revenue and cost synergies and is financed primarily with Concentrix cash and credit facility capacity.
