Rapid7, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Noetic Cyber, a cyber asset attack surface management (CAASM) provider. The acquisition adds Noetic's CAASM capabilities to Rapid7's security operations platform to give customers more comprehensive internal and external asset visibility and improved prioritization of exposures.
