Charlesbank Capital Partners has made a strategic growth investment in Searchlight Cyber, a Portsmouth-based dark web intelligence and threat intelligence software company. The founders and existing investor Astra Capital Management remain invested; proceeds will be used to accelerate R&D, expand go-to-market capabilities and support organic growth and acquisitions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
