NSA Industries Acquires Vitex Extrusion

NSA Industries, a New England contract manufacturer headquartered in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, has acquired Vitex Extrusion, a fully integrated aluminum extrusion manufacturer based in Franklin, New Hampshire. The acquisition expands NSA's manufacturing capabilities into aluminum extrusions and strengthens its contract manufacturing, machining and fabrication service offering for end markets including lighting, solar energy and automotive accessories.
