Revolution (an Arsenal Capital Partners portfolio company) acquired Jadcore, LLC, a Terre Haute, Indiana-based post-industrial plastics recycler and blown-film manufacturer, to expand Revolution’s closed‑loop manufacturing capabilities and Midwest footprint. The seller was Stonehenge Partners, which realized its investment in Jadcore following a 2014 recapitalization; the transaction was announced in February 2021.

Polar Plastics is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota and operates a 100,000-square-foot polyethylene film and bag manufacturing facility; Spell Capital had owned the business since 2018.
