Fortify Companies Acquires Rytech Restoration

The deal combines Rytech's franchise footprint with Fortify's company-owned Insurcomm network to create a unified restoration platform serving 100+ markets across 30+ states; Rytech founder Bubba Ryan will retire.

Clean Harbors, Inc. acquired Thompson Industrial Services from Reynolda Equity Partners, expanding Clean Harbors' industrial cleaning and maintenance capabilities and adding density across the Southeastern United States. Thompson, a leading provider of hydroblasting, vacuuming and automated industrial cleaning solutions serving paper, mining, power and chemical customers, grew substantially under REP and will bring entrenched, recurring customer relationships to Clean Harbors' platform.

NMR Acquires Water Damage Clean

NMR, a Montera-backed mitigation and restoration platform headquartered in Miami, has acquired Water Damage Clean, a Fort Lauderdale-based provider of water, fire, mold and storm restoration services. The deal was supported by financing from White Wolf Private Credit Management (senior secured term loan, preferred equity and common equity co-investment); transaction financial terms were not disclosed.

Morgan Stanley Capital Partners Acquires American Restoration from Soundcore Capital Partners

Investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Capital Partners have acquired American Restoration Operations LLC, a Dallas-headquartered provider of water, fire, mold and property restoration services. Soundcore Capital Partners sold the platform after a five-year hold during which it completed multiple add-on acquisitions; CEO Dan Tarantin will continue to lead the business as MSCP looks to accelerate growth across the company's eight regional brands and 10-state footprint.
