Circular Resources has completed the acquisition of Der Grüne Punkt – Duales System Deutschland (DSD) from an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital (Green Point Holdings). The combination creates a large-scale European provider of circular-economy solutions by pairing DSD's packaging-licensing and mechanical-recycling capabilities (and planned chemical recycling) with Circular Resources' recycled-plastics offering to secure a stable inflow of raw materials.

Alytic AS, a portfolio company established by Arendals Fossekompani ASA, has acquired a 60% majority stake in Greenfact AS, a European green-energy data and analytics company with an ongoing SaaS business. The remaining 40% is held by Arctic Securities AS and Cleanworld AS; Alytic plans to scale Greenfact’s technology platform, expand product offerings and grow its footprint in the renewables and sustainability data market.

DTG Recycle Acquires Substantially All Assets of 1 Green Planet
