Agilyx Acquires 44% Stake in GreenDot Global

Agilyx ASA has completed a binding, fully financed investment to acquire approximately 44% of GreenDot Global S.à r.l., contributing EUR 7 million to a EUR 27 million round and closing on October 15, 2025. The investment supports GreenDot’s expansion of mechanical recycling facilities and feedstock supply contracts across Germany, Austria and Italy as the company scales its pan‑European circular plastics platform.

Safe and Green Development Corporation (NASDAQ: SGD) has completed the acquisition of Resource Group US Holdings LLC, a vertically integrated organics recycling and engineered soils business that operates a permitted composting facility, two green-waste aggregation sites and a transportation fleet. As consideration, SGD issued common stock, a new series of convertible preferred stock and unsecured promissory notes to the Resource Group equityholders; the Resource Group management team will remain in place to support integration and scaling of revenue-generating operations.

DTG Recycle Acquires Substantially All Assets of 1 Green Planet
