Graham Construction Acquires XL Industries (XLI)

Graham Construction, an employee-owned Canadian construction solutions partner, has merged with Milpitas-based XL Industries (XLI). The deal will integrate XLI into Graham’s U.S. Buildings group to expand geographic reach, broaden service offerings, and extend Graham’s employee ownership model to XLI staff while maintaining existing leadership and brand in the near term.
