AXIOS Industrial Group and A&L Industrial Services reached an agreement to merge effective June 5, 2020; the combined company will operate under the AXIOS name and be headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas. The merger combines complementary industrial scaffolding, insulation, coatings, sandblasting and related services to increase scale and accelerate growth; White Deer Energy and Hastings Equity Partners remain majority shareholders of the combined entity.
