AXIS Industrial Holdings, a Carr's Hill-backed industrial services platform, has added TAM Services Group, a Houston and Corpus Christi-based provider of soft craft and industrial painting/coatings services. The addition expands AXIS's service capabilities and geographic footprint across midstream, downstream/petrochemical, power generation, and manufacturing end markets in the southern United States.

Funds advised by Carr's Hill Partners, a New Orleans-based private equity firm, acquired AXIS Industrial Services, a Corpus Christi-based multi-craft industrial contractor providing scaffolding, insulation, fireproofing, painting and abatement services. Management, led by Founder & CEO JT Maddox IV, will retain an equity interest and the investment will support AXIS' capability expansion and geographic growth across the U.S. Gulf Coast and beyond.

Advanced Intralogistics Acquires Anchor Technical Services

Advanced Intralogistics, a Fort Worth-based warehouse automation and robotics integrator, has acquired key assets of Anchor Technical Services to expand its maintenance and facility services capabilities. The deal broadens Advanced Intralogistics' service footprint across additional states, more than doubles its workforce, and integrates preventive, repair and predictive maintenance into its end-to-end automation offerings. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Industrial Service Solutions Acquires San Antonio Armature Works

Industrial Service Solutions (ISS) has acquired full ownership of San Antonio Armature Works (SAAW), a nearly 100-year-old electromechanical service provider based in San Antonio, Texas. The deal (completed May 12, 2022) expands ISS's rotating-equipment and motor/pump service footprint in South Texas while retaining SAAW leadership, employees, and its San Antonio facility.
