Washington Harbour Partners LP has acquired SIXGEN Incorporated, a cybersecurity firm serving U.S. national security, intelligence, defense and critical commercial industries. SIXGEN will remain led by founder and CEO Ethan Dietrich, and Washington Harbour said it will invest to accelerate SIXGEN's growth and expand its high-assurance cyber and cyber-AI capabilities for government and critical infrastructure customers.

SIXGEN Acquires Secure Enterprise Engineering (Secure-EE)

SIXGEN, a mission-focused cybersecurity solutions provider, has acquired Secure Enterprise Engineering, Inc. (Secure-EE), a Hanover, Maryland-based provider of bespoke cybersecurity products and engineering services, including the Distant Rook platform. The deal is SIXGEN's first acquisition following an investment from Washington Harbour Partners and is intended to expand SIXGEN's software, systems engineering and JCWA-aligned capabilities for defense, intelligence and critical infrastructure customers.

SIXGEN Acquires Boldend to Expand Cyber and Electronic Warfare Capabilities

Compugen Acquires SynerSolutions Technologies Inc.

Gyrus Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Katalist Group

The deal combines Knexus' AI capabilities with S4's cybersecurity and IT delivery to expand end-to-end AI-enabled solutions and improve mission-focused support for federal customers.
