Bowmark Capital Acquires IWSR from FPE Capital

Bowmark Capital has backed a buyout of IWSR, the leading B2B data and intelligence provider for the global drinks industry, with IWSR management reinvesting in the transaction. The business was sold by growth investor FPE Capital after a period of strong revenue and EBITDA growth under FPE’s ownership; terms were not disclosed.

WGSN (Apax-backed) Acquires IWSR from Bowmark Capital

WGSN, controlled by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP, has acquired IWSR, the global leader in data, analytics and insights for the beverage alcohol industry, from Bowmark Capital. The acquisition—supported by Apax following its January 2024 acquisition of WGSN—strengthens WGSN's AI, data analytics and long-range forecasting capabilities; terms were not disclosed and the deal closed in June 2025.

Warburg Pincus and Mubadala Acquire Pharma Intelligence from Informa
