Bridgepoint Acquires Fishawack Health from LDC

Bridgepoint has acquired Fishawack Health, a UK-headquartered global healthcare communications agency, from private equity firm LDC for an undisclosed sum. Fishawack Health, founded in 2001 and led by CEO Oliver Dennis, has grown to about 850 employees across 14 offices serving major pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients; LDC first backed the business in 2017 and is exiting following significant revenue and headcount expansion.
