Fishawack Health, backed by Bridgepoint, has acquired policy and market access consultancy Avalere Health from Inovalon. The deal brings Avalere’s more than 200 advisors (including ~30 data analysts) into Fishawack’s network to deepen U.S. market presence and expand capabilities in policy, market access, value, and evidence/HEOR.
