Fishawack Health has acquired Chicago-based closerlook LLC, a data-driven, AI-enabled digital healthcare marketing agency, to enhance its omnichannel and advanced analytics capabilities. The acquisition combines closerlook’s Backstage Intelligence platform and analytics expertise with Fishawack’s global medical communications, commercial and consulting services to provide integrated commercialization solutions for life sciences clients.
