PE GI Solutions (also referenced as Physicians Endoscopy), together with Ambulatory Center for Endoscopy, LLC (ACE) and in partnership with Holy Name Medical Center, acquired Hudson Bergen Endoscopy and Surgical Center, LLC (formerly Hudson Bergen Medical Center). The facility will become a second location for ACE, renamed Hudson Bergen Endoscopy and Surgical Center, and is expected to support over 4,000 procedures annually as part of the existing ASC platform expansion.
