Keysight Technologies Acquires Cliosoft

Keysight Technologies has acquired Cliosoft to add the company's design data and IP management software to Keysight's electronic design automation (EDA) portfolio. The acquisition integrates Cliosoft's revision-control and PDM capabilities with Keysight's PathWave/ADS tools to strengthen design-to-test workflows and accelerate customer productivity across semiconductor, communications, automotive and aerospace markets.
