Bluestar Alliance Acquires Scotch & Soda

Bluestar Alliance, a New York–based brand management firm, has acquired Amsterdam-based fashion brand Scotch & Soda from the bankrupt entities to preserve the brand and continue operations across key markets. Terms were not disclosed; the deal follows Scotch & Soda's bankruptcy filing in the Netherlands after severe cash-flow issues and will allow Bluestar to integrate the label into its portfolio and stabilise selected retail operations.
