Foundry, a Dallas-based brand platform, has acquired Blu Atlas, a direct-to-consumer men's skincare, haircare, and fragrance brand, for an undisclosed eight-figure sum. The acquisition expands Foundry's portfolio of men's personal-care brands and aims to scale Blu Atlas' distribution and awareness toward a targeted $100 million in sales.
