Trinity Hunt Partners-backed Herringbone Digital has acquired Hennessey Digital, a Valencia, California-based digital marketing agency serving law firms nationwide. The deal expands Herringbone’s platform into the legal marketing vertical and will allow Hennessey Digital to remain independent under its existing brand while leveraging Herringbone’s platform capabilities and PE support to scale services and AI-enabled offerings.
