HSI, a Frisco-based EHS and workforce development software and training provider (majority-owned by Waud Capital Partners), has acquired ej4, an eLearning provider with a catalog of more than 1,500 courses and an LMS. The acquisition expands HSI’s content and LMS capabilities to strengthen its workforce development and compliance training offering as part of its platform growth strategy.
