Hearst Acquires QGenda from Francisco Partners and ICONIQ Growth

Hearst has agreed to acquire QGenda, a leading provider of healthcare workforce management software, from Francisco Partners and ICONIQ Growth. QGenda—headquartered in Atlanta and serving over 4,500 organizations and 700,000 providers with its ProviderCloud platform—will join Hearst Health; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close later this year.
