QGenda Acquires New Innovations

QGenda, a Hearst company and provider of healthcare workforce management software, has completed the acquisition of New Innovations, the largest provider of residency management software (RMS). The deal integrates New Innovations' resident and fellow training lifecycle capabilities into QGenda's ProviderCloud platform to streamline accreditation, onboarding, scheduling, evaluations and reimbursement management for hospitals and health systems.
