(AspenTech) has acquired inmation Software GmbH, a Cologne-based leader in industrial real-time information management, to strengthen its industrial data and connectivity capabilities and establish inmation as the cornerstone of its AIoT business unit. The acquisition enhances AspenTech's ability to integrate, manage, and contextualize industrial data across plant-level historians and enterprise systems to support customers' digitalization, sustainability, and profitability goals.
