Aspen Technology Acquires Mnubo and Sabisu to Expand AI-Driven IoT and Visualization Capabilities

Aspen Technology (AspenTech) acquired Montreal-based Mnubo Inc. — a purpose-built AI and analytics infrastructure provider for IoT — for CAD 102 million to accelerate embedded AI and analytics at enterprise scale. AspenTech also acquired UK-based Sabisu Ltd. (in June 2019) to add enterprise visualization and workflow capabilities, combining these technologies to enhance AspenTech’s asset-optimization and industrial AI offerings.
