Cobalt Service Partners, a platform backed by Alpine Investors, has acquired four commercial access and security businesses: Automated Door Ways (Columbus, GA), Toepfer Security (Waukesha, WI), Industrial Door Company (Sacramento, CA), and Homeland Safety Systems (Shreveport, LA). The add-on acquisitions expand Cobalt's geographic footprint to the West Coast and Midwest and broaden its capabilities to include access control, video surveillance, overhead doors and related commercial access services.
