(DRI), a Waycross, Georgia-based multi-capability agency serving elderly and disabled waiver program members and Area Agencies on Aging. The deal expands Columbus' presence and capabilities in complex care coordination for aging and disabled populations in southern Georgia and brings roughly 100 employees and more than 5,000 covered members into Columbus' network.

Fort Worth-based Caregiver Inc. acquired four providers — Heartland Residential (Indiana), Opportunities To Succeed (Ohio), Concepts in Community Living (Ohio) and Hope Homes of Richland County (Ohio) — expanding its long-term services and supports footprint in Indiana and Ohio. The transactions add roughly 200 individuals served and about 300 employees to Caregiver’s network and extend its supported living, group home and adult day service capabilities.
