Symphony Technology Group (STG) completed a recapitalization to acquire full ownership of Wrike from Vista Equity Partners and Elliott Investment Management. As part of the ownership transition, Wrike founder Andrew Filev transitions to Board Advisor and Chief Financial Officer Thomas Scott becomes Interim CEO as the company continues to scale its SaaS work management platform.
