PAR Technology Acquires TASK Group and Stuzo to Expand Unified Commerce Offerings

PAR Technology Corporation acquired Australia-based TASK Group for about $206 million and completed the acquisition of Philadelphia-based Stuzo for approximately $190 million (cash and stock). The deals broaden PAR's unified commerce platform globally and expand its presence in convenience and fuel retail, adding more than $80 million of ARR and over $20 million of adjusted EBITDA.
