Financial terms were not disclosed; eMerging’s six-person team — led by founder and CEO Julie Dunne — will remain in Omaha and the brand will be merged into Mitchell Martin within 90 days as part of Mitchell Martin’s continued Midwest expansion.

The Virginia-based businesses provide trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, pipe cleaning and inspection services and will expand Vortex's capabilities and geographic footprint across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States. Financial terms were not disclosed.
