TriMech, a Halifax Group portfolio company, has acquired Adaptive Corporation and Forward Vision to expand its Dassault Systèmes enterprise offerings. The deals bolster TriMech’s capabilities in CAD, simulation, PLM, metrology, robotics and discrete-event simulation to better serve automotive, aerospace & defense, and industrial equipment clients.
