GW Capital Acquires US Marble & Granite, Rebrands as Granite Works Stone Design

GW Capital, the management company led by Tony Nasrallah, acquired US Marble & Granite and rebranded the business as Granite Works Stone Design. The acquisition expands GW Capital's portfolio (joining Ground Works Land Design), establishes a 55,000 sq. ft. headquarters at 875 Crocker Rd. in Westlake, Ohio, and adds on-site stone fabrication and showroom capabilities for residential and commercial customers.

The deals expand Granite's vertically-integrated home markets—adding a major barge-enabled aggregates network in the Southeast and quarry/roadbuilding capabilities on California's Central Coast—and are expected to be accretive to adjusted EBITDA.
