Architect will partner with Datalogic to support SNS's innovation, market expansion and growth initiatives across e‑commerce, retail, postal, food and pharmaceutical end markets.

Storage Solutions Acquires SNC Solutions

Ardian Acquires Stake in NetCo Group

Sysnet Global Solutions Acquires NuArx

Sysnet Global Solutions, a Dublin-based provider of cybersecurity and PCI compliance solutions, has acquired NuArx, Inc., a Southfield, Michigan-headquartered provider of PCI compliance SaaS and managed security for retail, restaurant, convenience and grocery merchants. The deal — a successful exit for One Equity Partners — expands Sysnet’s SecurePCI and managed-security capabilities and accelerates its North American market presence; terms were not disclosed.

(NST) and closed a $70MM funding round led by Metropolitan Partners Group with participation from Wedge Venture Partners and angel investors. NST’s ~155 employees and multi-state footprint will serve as a growth platform for Sourcepass as it scales its managed IT services for SMB customers across North America.
