Alstef Group has acquired Solution Net Systems (SNS), a Quakertown, Pennsylvania-based supplier of industrial automation and material handling solutions, from Architect Equity. Architect Equity had acquired SNS as a carve-out from Datalogic in 2020; terms were not disclosed and Alstef says the acquisition will support international expansion and new product verticals.

Advantive Acquires DataNet and PQ Systems
