Transactly, a tech-enabled real estate transaction processing and coordination platform, acquired Flagler Beach-based SoMo Transactions to expand its nationwide network of transaction coordinators. The agreement was reached Feb. 26, 2021 and the SoMo team began integration into Transactly's platform and training program in April 2021.

Willis Towers Watson Acquires TRANZACT from CD&R

Willis Towers Watson has acquired TRANZACT, a U.S. direct-to-consumer sales and marketing platform for Medicare and individual life insurance, from private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice for approximately $1.2–1.3 billion (including potential earn-out). The acquisition adds TRANZACT's technology-driven lead generation, sales execution and analytics capabilities — and its ~1,300 employees (including ~850 licensed agents) — to Willis Towers Watson's Benefits Delivery and Administration business to accelerate its direct-to-consumer strategy.

Trifecta Collective Acquires TRANSACT from the Electronic Transactions Association

Itrinity Acquires GeoTargetly

Paynt Acquires E-xact Transactions

European payment technology company Paynt has acquired Canada-based E-xact Transactions to accelerate its North American expansion. The deal gives Paynt an operational hub in Vancouver and access to E-xact’s processing volume (over CAD 3.5 billion annually across ~50 million transactions); Paynt also appointed payments veteran JohnPaul Golino to its board to lead integration and go-to-market in the region.

Roper Technologies Acquires Transact Campus

Roper Technologies agreed to acquire Transact Campus for a net purchase price of $1.5 billion, combining Transact with Roper's existing CBORD business to create an expanded campus technology and payments offering. The deal values Transact at roughly 14x expected 2025 EBITDA and the company is expected to contribute about $325 million of revenue and $105 million of EBITDA in 2025.
