Transactly, a tech-enabled real estate transaction platform, acquired On Target Transactions to expand its network of transaction coordinators and deepen service coverage in key U.S. markets. The deal brings On Target’s team into Transactly (with leadership retained) to improve capacity and presence in markets including Texas, Colorado and North Carolina.

CI&T Acquires Somo

CI&T has signed an agreement to acquire Somo Global Ltd, a UK-headquartered digital product agency, for a base purchase price of £49 million plus an earn-out of up to £9.8 million. The acquisition brings almost 300 digital specialists into CI&T's EMEA operation to accelerate its expansion across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with part of the consideration paid in CI&T Class A shares.

NationsBenefits Acquires SoliSYSTEMS
