Lumine Group, a division of Volaris Group (part of Constellation Software), has acquired TOMIA, a provider of global connectivity monetization software that optimizes inter‑carrier business processes including roaming, clearing and interconnect. TOMIA will operate as an autonomous business within Lumine, leveraging Lumine's communications software ecosystem to drive growth around 5G, IoT and cloud technologies.

MODE Transportation Acquires SunteckTTS from Comvest Partners

MODE Transportation has completed the acquisition of SunteckTTS Inc. from Comvest Partners, combining two large non-asset third-party logistics providers to create a multimodal logistics platform. The combined company expands capabilities across truckload, LTL, intermodal, drayage, air, ocean and parcel freight, facilitating more than 1.5 million annual shipments and generating over $2 billion of revenue.

eShipping Acquires Superior Transport & Logistics and Synapsum

The acquisitions expand Tenstreet's capabilities to help carriers reduce fuel spend, lower detention delays, and improve driver retention.

Dreamliner Acquires Shomotion and Show Pro

Nashville-based coach provider Dreamliner has acquired specialty carriers Shomotion and Show Pro to expand its events transportation and logistics offerings. The deal (terms undisclosed) retains all 65 full-time employees across the two companies and includes Shomotion's Denver facility and Show Pro's Nashville site, adding trucks and trailers to Dreamliner's fleet.

Accel Entertainment Acquires Tom's Amusement Company, Inc.

Accel Entertainment, Inc. has agreed to acquire Tom's Amusement Company, Inc., a Georgia-based coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) master licensee, expanding Accel's operations into the Southeastern United States. The deal adds 11 Georgia COAM Class B locations (65 terminals) to Accel's portfolio and is expected to close pending regulatory approvals from the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
