MODE Transportation Acquires SunteckTTS from Comvest Partners

MODE Transportation has completed the acquisition of SunteckTTS Inc. from Comvest Partners, combining two large non-asset third-party logistics providers to create a multimodal logistics platform. The combined company expands capabilities across truckload, LTL, intermodal, drayage, air, ocean and parcel freight, facilitating more than 1.5 million annual shipments and generating over $2 billion of revenue.
