Autodesk announced it is acquiring ProEst, a cloud-based construction estimating solution, and will integrate ProEst into Autodesk Construction Cloud to strengthen its preconstruction and cost estimation capabilities. The deal is expected to close in Autodesk’s fourth quarter of fiscal 2022 and is intended to expand Autodesk Construction Cloud’s preconstruction offerings and improve end-to-end cost visibility for construction teams.

E-Komplet, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Aalborg, supports Danish small and medium trade businesses (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.), and the deal expands BuildTec's capabilities and footprint in the Nordics and trade verticals.

Procore Technologies Acquires Levelset

Procore Technologies has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Levelset for approximately $500 million in a mix of cash and Procore stock. The acquisition adds lien rights management and payment/compliance capabilities to Procore's construction platform and gives Procore access to Levelset's payment and compliance data to develop risk intelligence and future financial products.

Procore Acquires Novorender and FlyPaper Technologies to Expand BIM Capabilities

The deals bring high-performance 3D model rendering from Norway-based Novorender and FlyPaper's Sherlock Navisworks plugin (automated model-detection and clash-detection) into Procore's construction management platform to improve coordination, predictability, and reduce rework.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires ES Tech Group
