Bentley Systems Acquires Talon Aerolytics and Pointivo Technology

Bentley Systems acquired Talon Aerolytics and the technology and technical expertise of Pointivo to strengthen its Asset Analytics portfolio. The deals (closed in December) expand Bentley's digital twin and AI capabilities for infrastructure asset inspections, drone data processing, and automated damage detection across telecommunications and electric utilities.

InterProse Acquires Beam Software

InterProse, a Vancouver, Washington–based provider of cloud debt-recovery software, has acquired Beam Software, a collections platform focused on portfolio management for debt buyers and servicers. The deal, which closed in mid-December, will integrate Beam into InterProse's ACE platform to deliver end-to-end collections technology; financial terms were not disclosed and Beam's leadership and support commitments will remain in place.

Bentley Systems Acquires INRO

Ethos Capital Acquires Newforma

Boston-based private equity firm Ethos Capital has acquired Newforma, a Boston-headquartered provider of project information management (PIM) and BIM collaboration software for the architecture, engineering and construction (AECO) industry. The deal, in which Battery Ventures sold its stake, will support Newforma’s cloud migration and accelerated product development as the company expands its cloud-based collaboration platform.

GRAITEC Acquires Applied Software

GRAITEC, supported by private equity firm Apax, has signed an agreement to acquire Applied Software, a U.S.-based leader in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computational design. The acquisition (Applied Software: ~130 employees, ~$100M revenue) strengthens GRAITEC's North American footprint and consolidates its partnership with Autodesk to drive commercial synergies and international expansion.
